Amidst a Still Weak Oregon Economy, One Commercial Real Estate Firm Shows Strong Growth

BEND, OR., March, 26 2012 | COLM Commercial, Central Oregon’s 25+ year commercial real estate veteran, has quietly become one of the top commercial players in the region, and amidst a slow growth forecast Oregon economy, announces an entirely new look and new members to its team.

The company has recently acquired Broker Dan Steelhammer, a University of Oregon School of Law JD graduate and expert in light industrial and office sales and leasing, Principal Broker Nicole Adams, a tenant representation specialist, and Property Manager Blake Payne, a real estate strategist who’s held leadership positions with award-winning firms such as Marcus and Millichap and NAI Global.

“We are where we’re at due to a strong service orientation,”  said Greg Jacobs, COLM’s Principal Broker and Asset Manager. ” We bring more resources and services to the table that matter to our clients. But the key to our longevity has been our experience, expertise and relationship-based approach. COLM clients know we’ve got their best interests at hand, and we’ll be there with them through the life of their properties.”

The company’s new tagline, Building Confidence, Delivering Results, sums it up. In addition to the tagline, COLM has rolled out a new brand, including a new on- and off-line presence, as well as an entirely new lifestyle-based approach to marketing its listings. “Our goal was to market our properties in a way our clients want to see them. It’s easier to find a fit with a property, if you can really see its  potential.

“We believe there’s one way to handle commercial real estate, and that’s the right way. We’ve been around long enough that we know the market, we know what it takes. And that’s why after this many years, we’re “Building Confidence, and Delivering Results”.
